Amaro del Capo is a herb-based liqueur, developed from an ancient recipe and improved over four generations of the Caffo family. Amaro del Capo is made using more than 29 beneficial and medicinal herbs, flowers, fruit and roots from the rich land of Calabria.
Most of them are grown and native produce from Calabria and include bitter orange, sweet orange, orange flower, liquorice, mandarin, camomile, juniper, coriander, aniseed, peppermint, black anis, myrrh and gentian root.
