Brewed in the traditional 'Yamahai' method, with MASUMI's original yeast Number 7 and Nagano's local Miyama-Nishiki rice, this sake is mildly fragrant with a full-bodied flavour. The acidity give it a clean finish, making it an item that one never gets bored of. It can be enjoyed with buttery and creamy dishes as well as rich and strongly flavoured dishes.
