Wine Description:

Born the sunburnt banks of the mighty Murray River, time seems to flow a little slower. It’s here where the waters glisten with crystal stillness. Where nature’s chorus invites the liveliest silence. Where in those golden hours, at the break and close of day, you can spot twice as many suns shimmering in the sky.

Tasting Note:

Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of peach, nectarine and citrus fruits with accents of wild honey and native wildflowers. Layers of flavour build across the palate reflecting the fruit, wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing on yeast lees. The slightest hint of oak comes through as vanilla toast. Bright, balanced acidity gives the wine a refreshing finish.
