Tasting Note:
Super-ripe pure cherries jubilee with just a kiss of dusty cedar aromas. A mouth-coating explosion of flavors floods the palate, resolving with a balanced cleansing natural acidity. Fine tannins gently grip the midpalate as these ripe flavors linger on and on. The late ripening and longer hang-time of Mountain fruit produces fully ripe wines with balanced acidity, soft tannins and a rich mid-palate that are associated with thoroughly ripe black-cherry Cabernet.
