Wine Description:
Vineyard Origin: El Encanto Estate, San Felipe.
Soil: Mountain piedmont. Coluvial soil, mixed of clay and high percentage of stone with high level of minerals
Climate: Temperate. Luminous and warm days, cools nights during summer. High thermal amplitude.
Ageing Process: 100% in French oak barrels during 16 months and 1 month in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Note:
This red blend presents a deep ruby red color with violet hues. Its complex nose, displays aromas of red fruits, like plum and berries with well-incorporated hints of licorice and mocka. On the mouth, it presents good concentration and volume. This wine is elegant and round, with soft and silky tannins and a persistent finish. Enjoy it with all kinds of red meats and mature cheeses.
