Wine Description:
Max, named in honor of our founder, Don Maximiano Errázuriz, reflects the in-depth exploration carried out by Viña Errázuriz in the Aconcagua Valley and in other valleys, some of which are the best and most recognized valleys in Chile for producing each of the varieties that are sourced for these wines. As a result, these wines stand out for their finesse, elegance, freshness and delicious acidity, and as a result it reflects each one of the valleys from where they come from.
Tasting Note:
MAX Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright cherry red color. On the nose, stand out notes of plums, some raspberry, and cherry, framed with notes of tobacco, cedar, tarragon, and bay leaf. On the palate dominates fresh plums accompanied by cherry pie flavours and notes of graphite, black tea, and a soft touch of licorice. It is an elegant wine, juicy with chalky tannins that run in a long and persistent caress on the palate, having excellent persistence.
