Wine Description:
The Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace to produce red or rosé wine. The wines are generally characterized by the aroma of black cherries. After some time they often develop aromas of other red and black wild berries such as blackberries and blueberries.
Tasting Note:
The nose reveals notes of spices (vanilla, pepper) and black berries. On the palate, the tannins are structured with good length and notes of blackcurrant.
