Wine Description:

Produced by a blend of young vineyards and older vineyards (6/7 and 35 years old vines in average respectively). After a few days of vinification on the skins, it is refined on yeasts for 3 months in steel tanks. After another 2 months in bottles, wine is placed on the market.

Tasting Note:

It has a calm and even nose of citrus, white flowers, minerals and delicate herbs. The palate is so fresh and vital. There are echoes of fruit and intense saline mineral notes. It has depth and chew and finishes with a big squeeze of lemon and grapefruit.
