Wine Description:
Wine produced exclusively from grapes grown in the Les Grands Ducs plot. Cultivation and harvesting by hand, imposed by the slope of the land. Made and bottled after 2 years of aging in the estate's cellar by Laurent Merlin, artisan winemaker.
Tasting Note:
Scents of the maquis on a warm summer evening. An exceptionally silky and fruity palate punctuated by subtle spicy notes. The stem contributes its delicate herbaceous aromas. Beautiful length on the palate enhanced by the mineral dynamism, signature of the Domaine.
