Tasting Note:
Deep Ruby, clean Smells of animal, like walking into a barn with well worn leather saddles, black licorice candies, forest floor, Cola, tobacco, black plum and molasses Taste: starts surprisingly juicy which quickly mellows out and leads to earthy qualities, high acidity, pretty structured tannins but that smooth out at the finish and a little bitter bit on the finish as well.
