Wine Description:
Our Alsace Réserve wines reflect the Alsatian vineyards and the characteristic typicity of the grape varieties.
The harvest is primarily manual, so that the grapes are whole and undamaged when they are put in the pneumatic presses for slow and gentle pressing. A natural fining is done to protect the wine from any harsh handling.
Tasting Note:
The delicate nose shows notes of citrus peels, lime and blossom. The palate matches the nose with a great freshness, tension and the final on lime.
