Wine Description:
Located between Guebwiller and Bergholtz, in the southern part of the Alsace Wine Route, the Grand Cru Spiegel is located on a medium slope and has sandy-clay soils covered with sandstone pebbles.
Tasting Note:
It presents a brilliant straw yellow colour with gold tints. The nose is charmer with aromas of spices (clove, white pepper) and citrus (pomelo, kumquat). The second nose is floral (peony). The palate is silky, with a great length of flavours of mango and passion fruit, which enhance all the delicacy and finesse of the variety.
