Wine Description:
100% Malbec, from the second and third terraces of the Lot valley, clay-limestone soil on a Kimmeridgian base. Vines are 20 to 35 years old. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
Tasting Note:
The estate's flagship wine boasts a deep garnet color with violet highlights. The nose opens with aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant, evolving into notes of red fruit and spice. The palate is ample and smooth, with silky tannins and a long, graphite-like finish. A luminous, powerful, and ethereal wine, frequently awarded.
