Wine Description:
Turpino is Maremma’s bold answer to the Super Tuscan challenge, a voluptuous blend of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot finely crafted by Querciabella.
Since then, Turpino has thrived in expressing its Mediterranean soul. In 2017, the grapes from Chianti were finally excluded from the blend, giving rise to Querciabella’s original Super Coastal wine — a pure reflection of Maremma’s vibrant landscape, bright skies and maritime influence.

Turpino is a wine of remarkable depth and complexity. From the very first sip, it dazzles with vibrant flavours of plum, cherry, and blackberry, creating a bright, fruit-forward profile.
The texture is silky and smooth, with subtle nuances of Mediterranean herbs, iron, earth, and tobacco adding layers of intrigue. The finish is crisp and lingering, leaving a lasting impression of freshness and elegance.
