Bright golden yellow color. Nice nose, hay, dry grass, medlar, ripe apple peel, sulphurous hints. Good structure, savory and soft, juicy, a nice yellow fruit emerges with spicy hints of ginger, medlar, prickly pear, vegetal notes of officinal herbs, along with its persistence.
