Wine Description:
Vigna Il Cantico della Figura is a single-vineyard cru Verdicchio Riserva wine produced from 50-year-old vines in the limestone and clay soils of Apiro, Italy. The premium wine undergoes a specialized aging process, spending 12 months on yeasts in vitrified cement followed by 6 months in bottles before release. Its distinctive name pays tribute to a beloved local devotional church and Saint Francis of Assisi's famous prayer, Canticle of the Creatures.
