Bright cherry and strawberry combine with violet and rose when the 2021 Vernatsch Schiava opens in the glass. It is remarkably beautiful and full of energy. The 2021 is powerful with a core of tart red fruits. It leaves hints of liquorice and spice, while residual acids maintain freshness.
