L’Archetipo is a family wine cellar, located in Castellaneta (in Apulia region), in the northern part of Salento. Since the 80’s Francesco Valentino Dibenedetto, farmer and agronomist, began the conversion of his land to organic farming, and in 2000 he moved his farm to biodynamic thanks to studies on Rudolf Steiner’s cultural legacy.
