Tasting Note:
Luigi Moio, winemaker and owner of Quintodecimo is famous in the area to be a University Professor for viticulture. Quintodecimo became famous for production of White Wine created as White Burgundy style, but wthout use of the oak. His whites are made to age and if stored properly can be kept for over 20 years. Greco is a strong character white grape, which shows intense minerality yet good citrus and refreshing yellow fruit. With age nutty aromas will show.
