WIne Description:

This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Montepulciano grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is carefully harmonized.

The La Piuma Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a firstclass red wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, ruby red color. This single-varietal Italian wine reveals wonderfully expressive notes of blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries and mulberries in the glass. There are also hints of dark chocolate, cocoa bean and black tea.
