WIne Description:
Hand-picked in the early morning. Maceration on the skins lasts approximately ten days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in 3,000-liter French oak barrels for twelve months, followed by another three months in stainless steel and three months in bottle before release.
Tasting Note:
Deep red with a ruby-purple edge, impenetrable. Notes of blackberry jam and small red fruits combined with notes of leather and spice. Tannins are present but elegant, with structure and body, and a long finish.
