New Zealand: Sato
Handcraft, boutique and organic wines from Central Otago producing in small volumes of superb wines by Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato, all fruits are handled biodynamically to the exacting standards, to produce pure natural wines with no additives. The only additives used is minuscule amounts of sulphur at the point of bottling.
