Tasting Note:
Golden yellow colour with tinge of green. Lemon, citrus, acacia flower, some spice, honey, caramelised apricot, bruised apple and some creamy notes. Complex fruity nose interestingly comes with some flinty minerals. Full and supple juicy flavour of pear, honey, chestnuts and roasted almond. Full body, savoury wine with a great edge of fresh acidity and stoney minerality, which make for pretty lingering long finish.
